Information pursuant to art. 13 of EU GDPR Regulation 2016/679

Personal data is collected and processed according to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, in order to ensure that data processing takes place in full respect of the rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity of individuals.

1) PURPOSE OF DATA USE

1. The information you enter identifies you (Name, email address, message text, etc.) to follow up on your requests for information of various kinds, in any nature and form;
2. The information you enter identifies you (Name, email address) to carry out information and promotional activities regarding MICROMIX SRL products.

Regarding purpose (a), failure to provide the aforementioned data will make it impossible to respond to requests received from data subjects; regarding purpose (b), requesting informational messages regarding MICROMIX SRL‘s activities is optional.

2) METHODS OF PROCESSING

Data processing will be carried out using IT and/or manual means, lawfully and fairly, to guarantee confidentiality and security through adequate logical, organizational and physical security measures.

3) NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

Providing data is mandatory for the purposes expressed in paragraph 1 (a), in order to allow the provision of requested services. Without your consent, it will not be possible to provide you with the services you have requested.

Providing data is optional for the purposes expressed in paragraph 1 (b), subject to your explicit consent.

4) DATA COMMUNICATION

The personal data relating to this processing will not be communicated to third parties in any way.

5) DATA DISSEMINATION

The processed personal data will not be made known to undetermined subjects in any way.

6) TRANSFER ABROAD

The processed personal data will not be transferred abroad.

7) RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT (GDPR arts. 15-22)

At any time, the data subject may exercise the right to:

• Request confirmation of whether or not their personal data exists.
• Obtain information regarding the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data has been or will be communicated, and, where possible, the retention period.
• Obtain the rectification and erasure of data.
• Obtain the restriction of processing.
• Obtain data portability, i.e., to receive it from a data controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another data controller without hindrance.
• Object to processing at any time, including in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes.
• Object to automated decision-making relating to natural persons, including profiling.
• Lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

9) DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

The position of Data Protection Officer (DPO) has not been appointed as the undersigned does not carry out processing of personal data of natural persons falling within the definition of art. 37 of the European GDPR Regulation 2016/679.

10) DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The collected data is retained only for the time necessary to allow the provision of the requested services.
